Colby Anderson is the President of Standard Civil, where he leads all aspects of the company's operations, including project management, accounting, and legal strategy. With a diverse background in civil infrastructure, Colby has held roles ranging from laborer to senior project manager. His extensive experience in the construction industry, coupled with his hands-on management approach, has been instrumental in driving the success of Standard Civil's projects. Colby holds a degree in Project Management from the University of Phoenix.  

Brad Anderson oversees all field operations at Standard Civil, ensuring projects are executed from buy-out through completion. With over two decades of experience, Brad's expertise includes safety compliance, scheduling, cost tracking, and change management. Before joining Standard Civil, he was the owner and operator of Preferred Contracting, Inc., where he successfully managed public and private sector projects across several states. Brad holds civil contractor licenses in multiple states and has a strong background in utility installation and civil infrastructure. 

Brian Bell is an accomplished sales and recruiting professional with over a decade of experience in the oilfield industry. Now serving as the Business Development Manager at Standard Civil, Brian has brought his expertise in client relationship management and strategic business development to the company. His proven track record includes securing major contracts, boosting market presence, and driving sales growth. Brian's deep industry knowledge and ability to execute targeted marketing strategies make him a valuable asset to Standard Civil's leadership team.  

Michael Tilley is a seasoned project management professional with over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and construction. As the Senior Project Manager at Standard Civil, he oversees all California-based projects, focusing on budget management, safety compliance, and project coordination. Michael's career highlights include managing multimillion-dollar projects at the San Diego International Airport and leading teams in the successful delivery of complex public works projects. He holds a BBA in Business and a Master of Science in Project Management.  

Reed Dodenbier is a Master Electrician and a key member of Standard Civil. With a comprehensive skill set in electrical work and civil construction, Reed plays a pivotal role in financial management and business strategy for the company. His extensive experience spans residential, commercial, and light industrial projects, as well as mass grading, underground utilities, and structural concrete. Reed also manages operations at Mesquite Electric and Teal Excavation, where he oversees project execution and client relations.
